Hi, my name is Anna. HEXploretheworld is a travel blog about my adventures around the world. I capture all my favourite places and their colors to show you how colorful life can be.
I love to be surrounded by the greenery and the sea. When I am in the tropics I become one of these persons who photographs every single plant and flower. I am very fascinated by the diversity of nature and all the colorful species there are to discover. In Germany on the other hand, I often feel lethargic due to a grey environment/weather (especially in winter). Dreaming about my next trip always hypes me up then and I spend hours and days planning my next adventure.
Because I am still a graphic design student, I always travel on a budget. But with a little bit of effort and research (okay sometimes a lot) it’s still possible to see the most beautiful places. I want to be transparent about the costs and also write about things I didn’t like. Also, I do not like rushing from one destination to another. Instead, I want to enjoy the nature and culture of a place, which I often do through my camera. I mostly travel with my boyfriend slash unpaid photo assistant, whom you can spot in some pics.
Personally I love photographing, drawing and designing so I decided to combine my creative skills with my obsession to plan the perfect trip. My wish is to design and run this blog completely on my own and according to my own ideas, but there is still a lot to do and to learn. But that’s okay. 🙂 I hope I can help you to go on your own colorful adventures by sharing my experiences through this travel blog.
